What your package covers
Submitting a brief is free. Your quote describes the search and one-time hiring fee. Paying starts the team’s search; it does not guarantee a specific worker or a start date. Candidates choose whether to accept an introduction, and both parties choose whether to proceed with employment.
The fee includes candidate contact access, coordination, and one replacement search requested within 90 days of the confirmed placement start. The team reviews replacement circumstances with both parties. A replacement does not restart the original support window. Salary, accommodation, travel, and paid-trial wages are separate and agreed directly with the worker.
Verification summaries state the checks actually completed and their dates; they are not a guarantee of future behaviour. If the search cannot be fulfilled, the team will contact you to agree the next steps and any payment resolution before closing the request. Review any additional scope details in your quote before paying.
